Is the payment process secure? +
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe or — industry-leading payment processors with PCI-DSS compliance. We never see, store, or transmit your card data. Your payment information goes directly to the processor through their encrypted checkout.
Is it a one-time purchase or a subscription? +
All our products are one-time purchases. No subscriptions, no recurring fees, no monthly charges. You pay once and the tool is yours forever.
Can I buy bundles instead of individual tools? +

Downloads & Compatibility
How do I download my purchase? +
After completing your purchase, you'll receive an email with a download link. You can also download immediately from the confirmation page. Files are delivered as .xlsx (Excel) format.
Does it work on Mac? +
Yes. Our Excel templates work on both Windows and Mac versions of Microsoft Excel. The .xlsx format is cross-platform compatible.
Can I use Google Sheets? +
Most of our templates are compatible with Google Sheets, but some advanced features (like complex macros or conditional formatting) may not translate perfectly. We recommend using Microsoft Excel for the best experience. You can import the .xlsx file into Google Sheets to test compatibility.
Do I need Excel? +
Our products are designed for Microsoft Excel. You can also use them with Google Sheets, LibreOffice Calc, or Apple Numbers, though some features may be limited in those alternatives.
What versions of Excel are supported? +
Our templates are saved in .xlsx format, which is supported by Excel 2007 and newer (Excel 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019, 2021, and Microsoft 365). For the best experience, we recommend Excel 2016 or newer.
Can I use LibreOffice? +
Yes, LibreOffice Calc can open .xlsx files. Most features will work, but some advanced formulas or conditional formatting may render differently. We recommend testing with the free LibreOffice trial before purchasing if this is your primary software.
Can I open these on my phone? +
Excel files can be opened on mobile devices using the Microsoft Excel mobile app (free for basic viewing). However, we recommend using a desktop or laptop for the best experience — mobile screens are small for complex spreadsheets.
Refunds
What is your refund policy? +
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all digital products. If a file is corrupted, doesn't work as described, or you're unsatisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days for a replacement or fix.
How do I request a refund? +
Email us at togomarketingteam@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll process your refund within 5 business days back to your original payment method.
Using the Tools
Can I customize the tools? +
Yes! All templates are fully editable. You can add your own formulas, change colors, adjust layouts, and modify anything to fit your specific needs. The tools are designed to be a starting point for your business.
Can I share the templates with my team? +
Your license covers personal and business use. You may use the templates within your own business with your own team. However, you may not redistribute or share the template files outside your organization, resell them, or offer them as downloads.
Can I resell these templates? +
No. Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the template files is strictly prohibited. You may use the tools for your own business or client work, but you cannot sell the templates themselves as products.
Are the formulas locked or protected? +
Formulas are not locked — you have full access to view, modify, and customize all formulas. We believe in transparency and want you to understand how the calculations work.
Account & Email
Will you spam my email? +
No. We send a welcome email with your product access, and occasional emails about new products or special offers (typically 1-2 times per month). We never share or sell your email address.
How do I unsubscribe from emails? +
Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you'll be removed immediately. You'll still receive transactional emails (like product downloads) if you make a purchase.
Do you store my payment information? +
No. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, PayPal. We never see, store, or have access to your credit card or payment details.
