Annual Budget Template — 12-Month Budget Spreadsheet for Google Sheets and Excel
This annual budget template covers all 12 months in 4 quarterly tabs instead of 12 separate sheets. It includes an annual dashboard with income vs expense charts, a monthly summary that auto-populates, and a customizable start month for any fiscal year.
Tool Overview
- Format: Excel and Google Sheets (.xlsx)
- Best For: Full-year budgeting, annual expense tracking, savings planning
- Price: $4.99
Most annual budget templates give you 12 separate monthly tabs. That makes navigation slow, formulas break between tabs, and there is no annual summary — just 12 disconnected sheets. Free templates from Google's gallery and Vertex42 all have this problem.
One spreadsheet, all 12 months, one dashboard.
Annual Budget Template solves the 12-tab problem with quarterly detail tabs — 4 tabs instead of 12. Each quarter shows three months side by side. A monthly summary and annual dashboard with charts update automatically. Set your own categories, currency, and start month. No subscription, no recurring fees.
